Once you have booked, you will be sent an email to make payment via direct debit. If you are based outside of New Zealand and wish to pay in your own currency please let me know.

You do not need to do anything to prepare yourself for the session. I do ask that you ensure you are in a quiet space for the session and minimize disturbances as much as possible.

A strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Failure to cancel prior to 24 hours before your booking will result in the loss of the session at the full cost.
