About Me

I'm an intuitive healer and channel, guiding clients who feel lost, overwhelmed, or stuck in some area of their life. While I originally created Athena Energetics to support women in business, I quickly learned that our personal and energetic lives are inseparable from our professional ones. Today I work with women and men, business owners and non-business owners alike.

From Law to Healing

Before stepping into my gifts as a healer and channel, I spent 20 years as a lawyer. From 2014 to 2022, I founded and ran my own successful law practice in Invercargill, New Zealand, helping thousands of clients with property transactions and other legal matters. At its peak, the firm employed four staff. I also founded an app designed to simplify the home-buying process for first-time buyers.

 

I built a reputation for honest, straightforward advice and approachability; our slogan was "making the legal stuff easy." You could say I now make the spiritual stuff easy, translating it into grounded, practical guidance for everyday life.

The Transition

I've always needed work that challenges and fulfils me. By the end of my legal career, neither was true anymore. I stepped away from law in 2023, tried real estate briefly, and after a tough few years personally, left that too—giving myself space to reset and refocus.

​

With no clear plan, I enrolled in a Channelling & Healing Course with Master Channel and Intuitive Healer Sarah McGahan. The course expanded psychic and intuitive abilities I'd felt opening for years. I never expected it to lead me here—to Athena Energetics and the profound client work I now do.

How I Work

This work lets me combine my spiritual inner wisdom with my practical side. I loved helping clients as a lawyer, and I still love helping people now.

My passion is blending business knowledge, analytical problem-solving, and a grounded nature with intuitive insight, inner wisdom, and the ability to meet people exactly where they are.

 

My unique gift is reflecting your emotions back to you so we can cut through mental noise, get clear on how you truly feel, and uncover what you need to move forward.

As a Life Path 7, I naturally weave together deep intuitive awareness with a sharp, analytical mind. My role is to act as a bridge, translating spiritual insight into grounded, real-world understanding. Understanding that you can take and apply to your life in a practical way, and allow it to support your growth and expansion.

Why Athena Energetics?

​

We have a love of calling things after Greek Gods and Goddesses in our family. As a child, I had a cat called "Pentheselia" (an Amazonian Queen respected for her bravery, skill in weapons, and wisdom). Athena is the Greek goddess of wisdom, strategy, and insight. We are all goddesses of wisdom. Somewhere along the way, we got distracted by the noise, busyness and life! My aim is to reconnect you with your own innate wisdom.

 

To me this name represents, and balances, my legal and business background (wisdom and strategy) with my spiritual side, channeling and energy work (Intuition + higher insight).
