Prior to starting Athena Energetics, I was a Lawyer for 20 years, and founded and ran my own law business from 2014 to 2022. In 2023, I left law for a brief stint in real estate. At the end of 2025, I decided to leave real estate and give myself some time off to reset and refocus. I have always wanted to combine my spiritual inner wisdom with my practical side and and use both to help people. I loved helping clients as a lawyer and it’s something I continue to love to do.

My passion is combining my business knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills and very practical nature with my intuitive insight, inner wisdom, ability to read people and meet them exactly where they are at. My unique gift is reflecting your emotions back to you, so we can cut through the mental noise and distractions, get clear on how you’re truly feeling, and uncover exactly what you need to move forward. I also provide very straight-forward advice and solutions in a practical, grounded way.

Over the years, I have completed coaching qualifications and different healing modalities. In 2018, I travelled to the USA to learn a energy healing modality called "Marconics". For a few years, I was a Marconics Practitioner. More recently, I have completed an Energy Healing and Channeling Course with Master Channel and Intuitive Healer, Sarah McGahan. This course has allowed me to expand my psychic and intuitive abilities, skills that I felt starting to open up more in the last few years. ​

As a Life Path 7, I naturally weave together deep intuitive awareness with a sharp, analytical mind. My role is to act as a bridge, translating spiritual insight into grounded, real-world understanding. Understanding that you can take and apply to your life in a practical way, and allow it to support your growth and expansion.

Why Athena Energetics? 

​

We have a love of calling things after Greek Gods and Goddesses in our family. As a child, I had a cat called "Pentheselia" (an Amazonian Queen respected for her bravery, skill in weapons, and wisdom). Athena is the Greek goddess of wisdom, strategy, and insight. We are all goddesses of wisdom. Somewhere along the way, we got distracted by the noise, busyness and life! My aim is to reconnect you with your own innate wisdom.

 

To me this name represents, and balances, my legal and business background (wisdom and strategy) with my spiritual side, channeling and energy work (Intuition + higher insight).
